The Girl After

The Girl After is a youth-led 501 Nonprofit Organization that supports girls navigating life after an eating disorder.

Our mission is to provide post-recovery support through personal storytelling, research-backed resources, and educational content that encourages healing, growth, and empowerment.
We aim to break the silence surrounding post-recovery by creating a space where girls feel seen, supported, and understood — because recovery isn’t just about surviving; it’s about learning how to thrive.
